WHAT WE DO
Developed and developing countries alike use X-ray imaging as an essential tool for medical care. The appropriate protective gear is something that healthcare workers cannot compromise on, although their high costs are often a barrier. We at XPosure have created an X-ray protection solution that eliminates the need for medical professionals in low-resource settings to purchase expensive lead vests, allowing for increased personnel in the operating room. The outcomes include higher efficiencies of procedures involving imaging and increased budgets for hospital spending in other areas.
THE XPOSURE SHIELD
This mobile lead shield stands beside the operating room table, protecting staff members behind it from xrays.
Push-to-open panels allow the surgeon to work through the shield, without compromising protection.
A curved design and a lead-lined glass viewing panel offers the utmost comfort for the working surgeon.
